Dave MacKinnon 
Senior Pastor

Dave was installed as Senior Pastor of Westchester on February 24, 2013. He had been serving at Westchester as the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Maturity since the summer of 2006. Prior to Westchester, Dave ministered at three churches in the Chicagoland area. He has an undergraduate degree in History from Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota and his masters of divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Dave was ordained in 1985. Dave and his wife Linda have been married since 1981, they have three children. God has wired Dave to be an encourager, a shepherd and a teacher/preacher of God’s Word. To him it is a calling and a life privilege to be able to help people take steps in their walk with God.

Chuck Mullikin 
Associate Pastor of Adult Disciple-Making Pastor

Chuck became the Associate Pastor of Adult Disciple-Making in August, 2013. Prior to that, Chuck was in youth ministry for 10 years in Orange City, IA. Chuck received a BA in Christian Education from Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, completed a MA in Christian Thought from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN in 2010, and was ordained in the Evangelical Free Church of America in 2011. In 2005 Pastor Chuck married his wife Emily, they now have two children (not including the dog). Pastor Chuck is passionate about seeing Christians committed to God loving people around them and making disciples who make disciples who make more disciples. He also enjoys studying scripture with people, watching the Bible come to life in the people around him, and seeing the joy that comes when a person lives for the fame of Jesus instead of themselves. Chuck is wired to exhort people, preach/teach, and be compassionate.

Austin Hilmer 
Associate Pastor of Corporate Worship

Austin has been Associate Pastor of Corporate Worship since July, 2013. Prior to working at Westchester, Austin has worked as a campus minister in St. Louis, MO and as a college ministry intern with Cru at Miami University in Oxford, OH. Austin graduated from Miami University in 2009. He then received a Master of Divinity (M. Div.) from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2013. Austin has been married to his wife Ally since October, 2012. Austin’s passion in ministry is to see others transformed by the word of God. He enjoys seeing this happen through teaching, discipleship, in times of corporate worship, and how we worship individually throughout the week. God has wired Austin to be a shepherd and a teacher. Austin is passionate about using these gifts in meeting with others in discipleship and Bible study.

Josh Earhart 
Student Ministries Pastor

Josh has been the Student Ministries Pastor since June, 2012. Before his time here, Josh was a volunteer youth director at a small church in Indiana. He has been working with students since he left high school. His passion is to see students live out a faith that is their own, and to prepare them to disciple others Josh and his wife Kara have been married since March, 2012. Josh graduated from Moody Bible Institute in May, 2010. He loves to spend time with people and enjoys playing all kinds of board games with them. God has wired Josh with a heart for discipleship and he sees small groups as a great tool to accomplish this.
